Hot sauna
It is hard to imagine a vital, water world without a traditional Finnish sauna with a temperature of up to 105 °C. Its principle cannot be changed, so we put a great emphasis on its architectural design, installation of mechanical effect, oxygen dosing, etc. If the technical possibilities allow it, it is good to consider an installation of an open fireplace.

Hot sauna with fireplace
A traditional Finnish sauna with a temperature of up to 105 °C. In addition to a regular electric sauna heater, there is a thermo fireplace insert installed in the cabin, which, besides an additional wood heating, adds a piece of nature and old classics to the sauna.

Steam sauna
A relaxing cabin with a temperature of up to 55 °C and 100% humidity that is suitable for most people. The term steam sauna without aroma describes classic steam baths such as Turkish or Roman baths. These are very good at resolving respiratory problems. The steam sauna also helps to lose weight. With each 1 °C rise in temperature above the normal body temperature, the metabolism speeds up by about 15%.

Eucalyptus inhalation
Very popular traditional steam sauna suitable for acute airway inflammation and for preventing colds. Various design options will enhance the attractiveness of the cabin. This group of procedures also includes eucalyptus inhalation, forest aromatherapy, etc.

Salt inhalation – steam
In addition to the salt aroma, hot steam is blown into the cabin. A fountain in the central area helps the saline solution to circulate and then it falls into a small pond. Rock salt in the cabin increases inhalation effects. A very popular steam procedure.

Bear’s den
Very attractive interior designed in the style of an underground burrow. It is a steam cabin with a temperature of up to 55 °C and 100% humidity. By staying in this area, visitors can experience the feelings of our forest beasts for a moment. Very good for dealing with respiratory problems. The steam sauna also helps to lose weight. With each 1 °C rise in temperature above the normal body temperature, the metabolism speeds up by about 15%.

Salt inhalation
A sweating therapy in a cabin saturated with salt. We recommend a direct use of the rock salt in addition to air saturation with salt – saline solution. A very popular procedure together with menthol inhalation.

Herbal inhalation
One of the most popular and most visited procedures. The cabin is aromatised with therapeutic scents of natural herbs. The interior stays visible during its use (no steam), therefore we try to give the space a more distinctive architectural design. A mechanical attraction is also very desirable and can serve as a timer.

Forest aroma sauna
A sauna equipped with a special furnace with a copper pot filled with branches of coniferous trees. By heating and moistening the needles, a pleasant forest aroma is released. It is a mild thermal therapy.

Prehistory
A cabin for inhalation of cold mist, which can be aromatised or without any aroma according to the current needs. Mist is generated by powerful ultrasonic transducers.

Infrared sauna
This procedure is extremely healthy and relaxing. It has excellent therapeutic effects – it increases the extensibility of collagen tissues, decreases joint stiffness, relieves muscle spasms, reduces pain, reduces inflammation and edema, and increases blood flow.

Into extremely large spaces, we can make a whirlpool of any shape. This creates an exceptionally attractive large hydromassage pool that gives the wellness area a luxurious feel. A bath in special tubs filled with hot water that is enriched with herbs and natural wine aroma.

Beer bath
A bath in special tubs filled with hot water that is enriched with herbs, brewer’s yeast, hops and malt. Such a bath contains B vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, potassium, iron and antioxidant selenium. The bath is helpful in treating skin problems and has regenerative effects on the skin.

Cold plunge pool
Cooling off after the use of traditional Finnish sauna (temperature up to 105 °C) is required. Despite a number of different options to cool off, the most popular one is the cool plunge pool. The specialty of our company is crystal clear water in the pool with a temperature below 9 °C.

Cold plunge tub
Where there is not enough space for a classical cold plunge pool or where such a pool is not required, this option is a good alternative. Cooling off after the use of traditional Finnish sauna (temperature up to 105 °C) is necessary.

Ice bucket
This is a classic procedure of cooling down with a cold water shock. The procedure replaces the often used cool plunge pool as a milder form of a cool-down for less brave visitors.

Besides the aesthetic function, the ice well offers a pleasant cool-down in the form of a full body massage with crushed ice. The procedure is also a form of hardening of the body.

Showers
Showers have their irreplaceable function in a vital world. In addition to the traditional use of showers we modify them to massage showers, water whip – automatic scottish shower (rapid change of hot and cold water streams). Very popular is a so-called turbo shower, in which we increase the volume of flowing water. We have developed several types of nozzles that are color-adjusted by anodizing, which increases the attractiveness of the showers.

Wild river
From an architectural point of view, it is an atypical pool with a forced flow of relatively warm water. For water flow, powerful pumps are used, which primarily provide sufficient efficiency for various massage jets, water attractions, and so on. An additon of the play of light, air massage, etc. is recommended.

A design element that makes the overall atmosphere of a vital world even more pleasant.

Crater
Attraction mainly used for leg regeneration. Crater is a pleasant solution for an intensive foot massage using micro-nozzles placed on the bottom, through which water and air are pumped. It is designed to be used by two or three people at once.

Waterway – KNEIPP
This is a classic use of alternating hot and cold foot baths for medical purposes. This procedure is often called the Kneipp bath. The bottom of treading pools is covered with gravel, which intensifies the foot massage. We enrich the procedure by aeration of water, addition of light effects, etc.

Foot massage
An automatic or semi-automatic foot hydromassage with aeration. A separate container for each person with at least six micro-jets. Possible choice between three water temperatures or a manual fill-up through the tap. Once the set water level is reached, hydromassage starts automatically (time according to the setting). After the massage, water is drained and the container rinsed.

Foot bath
Foot care is useful not only because of its aesthetic benefits, but also as a prevention of fatigue and heaviness in legs. An image of feet in the water creates a feeling of relaxation and well-being. During a foot bath, the body has to physically turn off for a few minutes, mind relaxes, blood circulation improves, excess fluid accumulated in the body reduces and acupressure points on the feet connected to all internal organs are stimulated. Different forms of water seance provide beauty and health benefits and improve body balance.

Drinking fountain
An attraction that cannot be missing in any top wellness area. It allows visitors to replenish all the fluid lost during their stay there. A drinking regime is essential to keep the organism in a good condition.

Warm bench
Vital world – that means warm or hot sweating areas, areas to cool off and subsequent relaxation areas with an attractive design. A warm bench or a sofa are very suitable for relaxation in such areas. Together with for example a fountain or a waterfall, it has a very relaxing effect on the body.
